Mentoring & Leadership
Session 1: Identification of the internal operating pattern driving pressure, reactivity, and over-effort, followed by a practical shift into a more aligned leadership “gear”
Session 2: Application of the same shift to 1–2 recurring high-pressure situations, with a simple integration plan so anchored becomes repeatable and sustainable
• Definition of a repeatable, day-to-day “anchored” leadership state
• Grounded methodology based on neuroscience and performance psychology
• Use of the R.I.S.E. framework (not stress tactics layered on top of overload)
